Larry Loucka has extensive industry experience in integrating MRP and kanban, supplier development, visual workplace, kaizen, operational and inventory analysis, logistics planning, six sigma, rapid product development, policy deployment, and accelerating change.

As a management consultant, Larry has led numerous projects that have improved both office and shop floor operations utilizing six sigma and lean. He has hands-on experience in machine shops, engineering design, injection molding, food processing, pharmaceuticals, metal foundries, metal stamping, electronics assembly, automotive, aerospace, and specialty chemical processes.

Larry’s clients include AlliedSignal, Honeywell, Delphi Automotive, Raytheon, and Glaxo Pharmaceutical. As a Lean Sigma Black Belt Instructor and site implementation mentor, Larry has helped operations around the world to better understand and optimize the performance of their people and processes by applying Lean, Six Sigma, and teamwork.

 
Jean B. Rossol, has more than 17 years of industry and lean process consulting experience in the areas of Materials, Procurement, Operations, Customer Service, Finance and Information Systems. With Pratt & Whitney, Jean managed a worldwide team responsible for developing a business plan and implementing Asia Pacific’s regional spare parts sales goal of $550M. While with them, she also managed international partnerships and strategic initiatives, leading a worldwide team in streamlining processes and effectively applying lean principles

 
Thomas Moore has extensive line and consulting experience in both Europe and North America. Tom’s areas of expertise in total supply chain management include materials management, production planning, manufacturing operations and strategy, and distribution operations and strategy, as well as operations research-based systems that support supply chain decisions. Clients include BP, Banta Corporation, Degussa, Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Hewlett-Packard, Nestle, Procter & Gamble, J.M. Smucker’s, and Yamaha Corporation of America.

 
Bill Southward has over 20 years experience in a wide variety of industries including Aerospace, Machine Tool and Automotive and has teamed with over sixty facilities worldwide in implementing improvement initiatives that resulted in reduced working capital, improved inventory turns and improved customer service levels. He has been an invited speaker at the prestigious Krannert Graduate School at Purdue University.
